ROAD TRIP TO LOUISVILLE 07/10/2021

On Saturday, Nathan and I decided to head up to Louisville to visit our second favorite sports cards store, Through The Decades. Our all time favorite is in Greenfield, IN, so that’s not as easy to just drive to and back in a day.

On the way, we videoed two CSX trains on the way out of town, one was a monster combined grain and coal. You can catch that video here, and check out our website rustyboxcar.com at anytime to check out more of our train projects. If you like trains, please subscribe to the youtube channel.

After we caught those trains, we drove on up to Louisville, spent about an hour looking through all the cards at TTD, then made our way back south. We pulled off the interstate at the Bardstown exit, to check out the Jim Beam, there are always some great photo opportunities to grab there. Unfortunately, the site is closed for renovations to the tour areas, appears they are putting in new buildings that will be very cool to tour. We launched the drone and caught some pretty cool aerial footage of the facility, you can see the video below. If you like it, please subscribe to the blog channel as well.
